Speak Up

speak up

Something I often tell my team. Silence is not a friend.

If you don’t speak up in a meeting, people will assume you agree.

If you don’t push back when something feels off, they’ll assume you’re indifferent—or worse, that you lack conviction.

Your Intentions don’t matter if you don’t voice them.

People don’t see what you’re thinking. They only experience what you express.

Respectful disagreement, thoughtful questions, and clear assertions, these are signs of engagement, not conflict.

Clarity begins when we speak.

So say what needs to be said. It matters.
