This idea is inspired by a conversation with a teammate this evening.
I used to think I needed more time. More hours in the day. Fewer distractions. A calendar with breathing room.
But the truth is, I didn’t need more time. I needed more focus.
Time was never the constraint — my choices were.
Every day gives us the same 24 hours. The difference lies in what we say yes to… and what we don’t.
Focus isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters — without distraction, without drift.
If your plate feels too full, maybe it’s not time you’re lacking. Maybe it’s clarity about what to prioritise and what to let go of.
Start there.
