AI tools are our ally; grunt work is the enemy.
Most of our energy today gets drained ( for those who don’t use the tools !!) in routine tasks—processing, drafting, reworking, formatting. Important, yes, but they drown out the work that actually matters.
That’s why I see AI as an invitation to dance. Let the tools take away the noise. Offload the mechanical and repetitive so that what’s left for us is the human core: exercising judgment, taking risks, and doing the emotional work of connecting, deciding, creating and leading.
The challenge isn’t whether AI will replace us. It’s whether we’ll have the courage to step up once the distractions are gone. When the grunt work is stripped away, what remains is our chance to do the work that only humans can.
