Some of us wait for the permission and/or the opportunity to showcase what we are capable of, hoping someone will notice and open the door for us.
A few(always a minority), however, take the initiative to demonstrate their skills, share their ideas, take chances and create opportunities—not because they expect anything in return, but because they believe in the value they bring.
Both approaches have their place, but there is something powerful about stepping forward and letting your work speak for itself. It’s not just about being seen—it’s about owning your potential and contributing in ways that inspire others to do the same.
Be the one taking the initiative..there are enough people waiting to follow your lead.
