Saw this interesting message doing the rounds on one of my WhatsApp Chat groups.

– Netflix subscription doesn’t cost $175, it costs you your time.

– Pepsi or Coca Cola doesn’t cost 30 cents, it costs you your health.

– Social media isn’t free, it costs you your focus.

Be aware of anything that gives you pleasure in the immediate term. There is always a hidden cost that you are paying. You just don’t know it.
