Something I have figured out after transitioning from a large organization into a startup.
If you want to be the best in the market( or for that matter your organization or your team) , if it doesn’t consume you, where you are absolutely obsessed with it, day in day out, you won’t achieve it.
Because the world is full of people who are hungry and someone else out there is obsessing more than you and they will beat you every time.
