Own My Growth

Helping folks with practical tips to manage themselves better

We often fall into this self serving trap thinking that the problem is always with the others, while we are well intentioned and trying to do our best in all situations.

One form of honesty is looking at yourself and with self awareness recognising that the problem may be with you, instead of others.

It’s really easy to be honest about other people’s flaws but incredibly difficult to be honest about your own.

Honesty, in a way is your ability to be vulnerable to yourself. It’s about challenging your own ideas about yourself , not listening to that voice in your head that is trying to tell you how the problem is always somewhere else.
