Helping folks with practical tips to manage themselves better

Quiet Voice

quiet voice

I recently came across this powerful definition of Courage by Mary Anne Radmacher, “Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes Courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.'”

This message so resonates with me.

Courage for many of us shows up in many ways, whether it’s standing up for what you believe in, confronting a superior over difficult behavior, believing in yourself, or simply hanging on when it would have been easier to let go.

Have you ever wanted to try something but haven’t because of fear? Are there any conversations you’ve avoided because they’re uncomfortable? Are you vacillating about making a choice because the downside consequences daunt you?

Let a quiet voice inside you push you to be courageous.
