No matter what job we are engaged in, whether it be working in a team, selling products, writing code, creating art, or leading others, we are all serving someone or something.
When we shift our focus from our own needs and desires to serving others, we begin to understand our true purpose. Our actions take on a deeper meaning, and we begin to comprehend the reasons behind our work.
Mahatma Gandhi said it nicely- The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in service of others.
