Keep Focus On What Matters
February 16, 2024
Here’s something I have learned over the years: In some situations, doing less is actually better than doing more.
When you take on the burden of doing more stuff, you miss on prioritization, and all the energy that goes into less important stuff comes at the expense of the vital stuff that truly matters.
When you operate with the benefit of the extra time and space you get from doing less, you can raise the standard of what you do from good enough to great.
Narrowing your focus can help you raise the standard of your work. Practicing this approach can set you apart from others.
