Big Goals

Our team gathered in Langkawi over the last couple of days for our annual offsite.

It was an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect as a team, and reaffirm our commitment to the bold goals we’ve set for ourselves.

As we looked ahead, I shared a simple reminder:

I’ve never seen ordinary effort lead to extraordinary results.

If the goals we’re chasing are bold, the way we show up has to match that ambition. Big goals demand more. More intensity. More initiative. More personal ownership.

Average is easy. Extraordinary isn’t.

Bottom line: Extraordinary outcomes require extraordinary action.
