Daily Interactions

I am currently in Qatar with a couple of colleagues, exploring opportunities to expand our business. During this visit, I’ve had the chance to engage with various industry leaders, and through these conversations, a thought occurred to me.

Our daily interactions act as a lead indicator of what our future holds.

If we want to improve the outcomes we’re striving for, we first need to enhance the quality of our interactions of today. So, if I observe that the caliber of the people I’m engaging with, the spaces I’m in, and the conversations I’m having are all improving, I can project that my outcomes will follow suit. It’s just a matter of time.

Meeting and interacting with leaders, innovators and other high caliber people is necessary if we want to grow and move forward.
