What am I really spending my time on?
In most roles, especially in sales or leadership, it often comes down to a small handful of things. The two deals that will move the revenue needle. The one relationship that opens doors across a market. The one decision that unlocks progress for the whole team.
Those few things deserve most of your attention.
Everything else needs a different treatment. Some tasks can be automated. Some delegated. Some postponed. And some quietly eliminated.
Productivity rarely comes from doing more.
It comes from protecting time for the few things that actually move the needle.
