Early in my career, when it came to taking decisions, I was a mess of uncertainty. Was I doing the right thing? What if I made a mistake? I would constantly keep seeking validation before I moved.
Until a mentor told me something that had a profound and positive impact. Your first step doesn’t decide everything. It’s just the first of many. There will be more decisions. More chances to change course if you need to.
So stop waiting for the perfect direction.
Just take the step.
