I was reminded of this quote during a chat with a business partner this evening. He proudly shared how he hired three fresh college graduates without prior work experience and actively immersed them in all aspects of his business. In a very short time, these youngsters have grasped the basics so well that they are now independent and handle issues with little supervision.
