Stop Blaming Time
August 29, 2025
From experience, I’ve learned something profound: “I don’t have enough time” is never a useful phrase when it comes to your goals.
Time is not the enemy. We all have the same 24 hours. The real choice is about priorities. It’s okay to say, “I’m not doing this right now because something else matters more.” That’s honest. But blaming time creates the illusion that you’re powerless, when in reality, you’re in control.
Every decision is a trade-off. Every “yes” is also a “no” to something else. The sooner you own that, the sooner you reclaim responsibility for your progress.
So next time you catch yourself saying, “I don’t have time,” stop. Reframe it. Ask instead, “Is this important enough to make time for?” That’s where clarity — and growth — begins.
