It’s Not Always About You

Not always about you

Although rejection can feel disheartening, it’s important to keep in mind that it shouldn’t halt your progress or lead to self-doubt.

Don’t jump to the conclusion that a rejection automatically means you’re inadequate. Remember, it’s not always a reflection on you. Rejections often stem from someone’s subjective viewpoint, perhaps driven by their unease about something or their concerns about their circumstances.

When you encounter rejection, take a step back and analyze the situation. Consider that the rejection might have more to do with the other person’s fears, goals, or motives than your qualifications or skills. Use rejection as an opportunity to learn and grow. Adapt and improve based on feedback when available, but also understand that not all rejections are an accurate measure of your worth or capabilities.

It’s not always about you !!
