How To Feel Better

It’s an idyllic weekend, and I woke up this morning feeling lethargic, struggling to get to my usual weekend rituals of catching up with my backlog reading and writing some.
As luck would have it, I got an interesting WhatsApp message on one of the group channels, and it felt like it was meant for me.
The message was about what one can do to feel better instantly.
If you are overthinking- Write.
If you are Anxious- Meditate.
If you are feeling tired- Take a nap.
If you are feeling sad- Exercise.
If you are feeling stressed-Go for a walk.
If you are feeling anger- Listen to music you like.
If you are feeling Lazy-Reduce Digital Distractions.
If you are feeling burnt out- Read.
I got my message. I took a nap and woke up an hour later, feeling fresher and energized, ready to tackle the rest of my day.
