A Good Leader

Today’s post is inspired by a deep conversation I had with a colleague this evening.

1. When things get crazy, when shit hits the roof, you are the one that brings the calm and the confidence to the table.
2. You are a good listener. You know when to take charge, when to listen, and when to offer support.
3. Good people ask for your advice. They come to you for help in solving their problems.
4. You don’t let ego dictate what you are doing. You genuinely have people’s best interests at heart in everything you do. 
5. You care about the people you work with, and you lead. You want them to succeed because you know that you also succeed when they do.
