Be Flexible
December 23, 2024
When pursuing tough goals, failure is inevitable. But just because something doesn’t work out doesn’t mean you’ve failed or that the goal is unachievable. It simply means the approach didn’t work.
Great execution is about being stubborn about your end goals but flexible about your methods. It’s about staying committed to the outcome, while remaining agile enough to adjust your approach when a better way emerges. Poor execution happens when you stubbornly cling to methods that aren’t yielding results, even when it’s clear you need a change. The key is to stay focused on what you want to achieve, but be flexible about how you get there.
