Paradox Of Learning
August 23, 2025
One of the most exciting parts of my work is the constant flow of learning. Every day, I discover something new—listening to clients describe their challenges, watching our product and technology teams adapt emerging advances in AI, or simply engaging with different perspectives.
But here’s the paradox: my learning is sharp not only because I’m absorbing, but because I’m sharing. Every time I explain an idea to a teammate, a client, or even a friend, I’m forced to simplify, structure, and clarify it. In that process, my own understanding becomes deeper.
And that’s the paradox of learning—the more you teach others, the more you end up teaching yourself.
So if you really want to master something, don’t just study it. Teach it. In giving it away, you’ll end up keeping the most.
