You don’t need a better tool to do better work.

You don’t need a bigger team to move faster. You don’t need a bigger budget to start. You don’t need the perfect process, the right structure, or senior buy-in before you take the first step.

Most of what we tell ourselves we need is just a sophisticated way of avoiding the thing we should already be doing.

The workplace is full of people waiting for conditions to improve before they begin. And conditions rarely do. Or if they do, something else becomes the reason to wait.

What you need is simpler and harder than any of that.
