Be A High Agency Person

Most people wait for permission to solve problems. The message they send, in asking for permission, without realizing it, is simple. Tell me what to do. I won’t figure it out myself.
High agency people are different. They care. And because they care, they don’t wait.
They act like owners.
An owner sees a problem and fixes it. They don’t look around to see whose job it is. They don’t wait to be told. They don’t talk themselves out of it because they haven’t done it before. They just get on with it.
This is not about your title or your role or how long you have been around. It is about how you choose to show up.
Act like an owner before you are one.
That is how you become one.
