Educate, Enable And Empower


Changing people’s operating habits and behaviors- we can also refer to it as the culture of any organization- is always challenging and takes time.

Sometimes organizations and leaders fall into the trap of trying to enforce change by rolling out initiatives without considering the human factor. Unfortunately, merely enforcing compliance leads to dispassionate adherence, devoid of genuine engagement and lasting impact.

Unless there is enough buy-in from all quarters for a change, it does not happen. Buy-in happens when you educate people on why the change is required, enable them with the necessary tools and resources, and in the process, empower them, to embrace the change and move forward.

Educate, enable, and empower- this should be the mantra for leaders and organizations seeking to inspire a change in the collective behavior of people.
