Our Learning Is Always ‘inside-out’

Learning

We often hold the belief that professional growth comes hand in hand with acquiring new skills and knowledge, which we can subsequently apply in our daily work. Consequently, we actively seek out learning opportunities through external channels, such as training programs or certifications. However, it’s crucial to keep this central point in mind: the effectiveness of external interventions depends entirely on your internal commitment to learning.

Putting it differently, our learning isn’t driven from the outside. It flourishes only when there’s an inner desire to learn.

In essence, our learning is fundamentally “inside-out.”
