Rejection Is Data
August 30, 2025
Something I remind myself and my team: rejection is never a verdict — it’s data.
Early in my career, I took every “no” personally and emotionally. However, with experience, I have come to realize that each rejection carries clues—about timing, positioning, or what we missed in the conversation. That shift changed everything. Instead of sulking, we listen. We extract the signal. We use it to sharpen our approach.
Rejection doesn’t always mean closed doors. Most often, it means “look” for another door.
