At a wedding, a young man asked his grandfather, who had been married for sixty years, for the secret.

The grandfather thought for a long time and said, “On our wedding day, my wife told me she had made a list of ten of my faults she would overlook for the sake of our marriage.”

The young man asked which ten.

The grandfather smiled. “She never told me. Whenever I did something wrong, she would simply say, ‘ Lucky for you, it is one of the ten.”
