Accepting What Is
July 29, 2026
In many team discussions, the argument quickly becomes about who is right.
Sales blames delivery. Delivery blames product. Product blames the brief. Everyone has a point. Everyone also has a blind spot.
Usually, there is one reality and several interpretations of it.
Breakthrough begins when someone is willing to accept what is already true, not as surrender, but as a starting point.
Acceptance does not mean you agree with everything that happened. It means you stop spending energy defending your version of the past and start asking a better question:
Given where we are, what do we do next?
