Less Is More

less is more

When faced with difficulties and challenges, sometimes we attempt to get out of the rut by trying very hard to do many things. We take on multiple priorities and tasks, hoping that some of the actions will pay off and get us out of the clutches of the bad phase.

There is a saying- The person who does too much accomplishes little.

To be effective at anything we do – be it work or personal- it is essential to have the discipline to focus on doing a few things spectacularly well instead of trying to hedge by taking on too many priorities and trying to do many things.

Success in any domain is largely about doing more on little. Taking a few priorities(at best one or two) and giving them your best.

Sometimes less is more.
