If It’s Important, Schedule It

There’s a management adage that goes, “What doesn’t get scheduled doesn’t get done.”

I often hear colleagues, friends, and peers complaining, “I really wanted to do a proper review, but I couldn’t find the time!” or “I’ve been wanting to publish a blog, but it’s tough to make time for it,” or “I can’t find a moment to update my sales tracker,” or ” I started going to the gym but then couldn’t continue” and so on.

To all of them, I say, “Hold on! You have time to take up any activity as long as you plan and schedule it.”

Remember, if you want something done and don’t schedule it, it will likely stay a mere fantasy. If it’s important, don’t leave it to chance or your mood- Schedule it !!
