Discovering Meaning in Your Work
In achieving success, there’s something even more crucial than raw talent and aptitude. It’s GRIT – our ability to persevere in the face of challenges.
However, there is one drawback to GRIT. Our perseverance diminishes when the work we do seems meaningless.
