Weekend Story-Hidden Potential

In a town square, there was once a sculptor hard at work, chiseling away at a massive block of stone.

People gathered around, curious, wondering what he was doing. Someone finally asked, “What are you making?”

The Sculptor paused, smiled, and replied, “I am not making anything. I’m simply uncovering the statue that’s already hidden within.”

The crowd fell silent, watching as the Sculptor patiently chipped away, revealing shapes and contours with each careful stroke. Bit by bit, the rock transformed, and what had once seemed a solid, unremarkable granite block began to reveal an attractive and lifelike sculpture of a lady.
