Embrace Solitude

As a fintech business head, my best ideas often begin in conversations….with clients, partners, users. These exchanges spark insights, highlight gaps, and point toward possibilities.

But clarity doesn’t arrive in the interactions. It shows up later, when I am alone in my own space. Solitude is where I connect the dots, refine the idea, and shape it into something useful.

Conversations contribute to bringing in some understanding, but it is in the focus of undistracted “me time” that a fleeting insight becomes a product pitch, a strategy shift, or a client solution that actually works.

I know many feel uncomfortable with the idea of solitude. But, it is fundamental to any creative problem solving.
