Nobody Cares
October 25, 2025
We often overestimate how much people notice us.
We think they’re watching our wins and judging our losses. They aren’t.
Most people are too busy getting through their own day.
When things are going well, nobody really cares.
When things fall apart, still nobody cares.
Of course, those who work with you or share an outcome will care — they should. The same goes for family. Your immediate circle may worry, support, or celebrate with you. But as life moves on — people get married, move cities, raise families — even that intensity fades. Everyone drifts to their own world.
And that’s just how it is.
Once you accept that, you stop doing things for others and start focusing on what actually matters- for you.
