Do the Work. Don’t Grade It

don't grade

For years, I wanted to write. But I kept judging what I wrote before I had really begun.

Is this good enough? Is it worth sharing? Will anyone care?

The judgment became the reason I never started.

That changed in 2020, when I decided to write and publish every day simply. Some posts were good. Some were ordinary. It stopped mattering. The discipline of doing the work became more important than judging the result.

At first, the judge was my own voice. Later, I noticed the same voice coming from outside. With business ideas, there will always be people ready to tell you why something will not work.

The judge changes. The lesson does not.

Listen when it is useful, but do not let anyone’s judgment, including your own, become your verdict.

Do the work. Go through the process. Learn from what happens.

A creator’s responsibility is not to guarantee the outcome.

It is to keep creating.
